Pros

Working at eHealth provides a great opportunity to be hands on and know the business inside and out. Being a smaller company, one will know exactly who to go to in order to get thing done. Employees are generally motivated and willing to help.

Cons

The biggest factor to consider is the uncertainty in the individual health insurance market as it pertains to brokers and health plans paying out commissions. Working in the Mountain View office provides the biggest advantage, one can be challenged to get face time and traction with leadership if located in any other office.

Pros

Nice chairs, ok break room

Cons

Management, early and too late shifts, blatant favortism for few employees, no breaks, no team development, poor actual job training.
