Pros

lots of new technologies all the teams are good to work with great benefits and nice offices

Cons

too much workload metrics measured in quantity not many recognitions when finishing projects

Understaffed and little training

PTO and extra holidays off.

Cons

benefits are not that great. training could be better

Pros

Good company to work for if you are willing to work hard. Opportunities for growth and advancement. Pay is above most other companies in the same space. Sale agents can, and do, make 6 figure incomes.

Cons

Lots of management changes in recent years.
