Pros

Pros? Ummmm….simply not enough to fill this sentence. The benefits were decent, that’s truly the only silver lining. I made money, but six figures was not enough to keep me there.

Cons

Pressure is insane, almost have to lie to people to get numbers where they are happy. And I was a top 15 rep out of 350 people. Ask yourself this, why would they have a training class with 40 people in it every other month? Turnover is horrible because the job is horrific. HARD PASS on this one folks.

We believe that being an insurance agent is rewarding experience helping people find the right coverage for their needs and budget and we understand this can be challenging. We have introduced new policies and benefits, including a hybrid work model, increased compensation, recharge days, our new quarterly equity vesting schedule, home office expenditures, and Modern Healthcare, to name a few, to support the physical and mental well-being of our employees. We continue to be committed to making eHealth the best place to work and the best choice for customers. We are constantly working through the changes to achieve that. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, all feedback helps us improve. ~ Ed Arcinue
