      Pros

      Benefits are good. They include student loan repayment, medical and dental, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more.

      Cons

      eHealth is a sinking ship and not just the stock price. Senior level leadership is disconnected and out of touch. The current C-suite cares nothing about the people , but only the numbers. They are elitist. The culture is quickly becoming one that leads with fear. If you do not deliver, you will There have been several layoffs over the past two years and more on the way. There is a mass exodus of current staff because of the uncertainty of the organization. The expectation is becoming more work with less staff.

      Pros

      Great benefits, fair comission structure.

      Cons

      They hide the fact that leads are tiered and higher quality leads get sent to favorite agents. I was laid off with no warning following OEP along with over 1000 employees. Like any other Medicare agency, they make money by convincing people to switch their plan wether or not they need it. Also, you have no lead ownership and other agents can re-enroll your customers at any time and raid your pipeline.
