Pros

Good income potential Unlimited time off as a Supervisor

Cons

CEO and Upper Managment completely lied to the entire workforce in that there would not be mass layoffs; however, on 4/05/22, several employees were told to join a zoom meeting where they were told they were being let go with no reason provided. Let go even though I was a higher level performer, with an excellent compliance, and absolutely no negative feedback.
