Hard job, amazing supervisor

Pros

I had one of the best supervisors (Patrick mcwhorter) there he was very knowledgeable, helpful and is a type of leader you want to follow! I personally stayed at this position way longer because I've seen him do it with his team and myself, he motivates you to work harder and creates an office vibe that is very fun! AEP is very fun (free food, gift cards, high energy office)

Cons

the job itself is hard, lots of learning of material that can be quite dry, its a more difficult sales job for sure

Thank you for the review. I agree, it’s a great time to be at eHealth! We are going through a lot of positive changes with a focus on our customers and employees, and that kind of transformation takes extra effort but will be well worth it! We have new initiatives that we launched this summer to help with work/life balance, including recharge days off, ‘no meeting’ scheduling blocks, and more still to come. ~ Ed Arcinue
