Pros

THERE ARE NONE UNLESS YOU WANT UNFAIR TREATMENT AND WORK FOR PEOPLE THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE MEDICARE CLIENTS- JUST ABOUT THEIR MONEY

Cons

the worst call center you can work for- working for them made me not renew my license and quit that career all together

Pros

Nice benefits Good Pay Super helpful IT and management

Cons

Coworkers tend to make meetings unnecessarily long by asking questions that have been answered 5+ times and management doesn’t seem to have a good way to prevent that. Unprofessional behavior in Zoom meetings from employees.
