Pros

Entry-level sales job, Decent industry coaching.

Cons

-Supervisors and managers constantly micromanage. -New directives are framed as being employee-centric and rewarding to good behavior but are punitive in nature. -Managers and Supervisors boast about great pay, but the pay scale is not transparent, changes based on time of year and level of business. -Long hours and low hourly wage -Employee culture is built around "Helping people" but there are rare instances where you can actually help someone. Most of the business is generated through convincing someone to switch their HMO or PPO to another carrier that offers the same amount of coverage or less.
