Pros

-Great management that have all worked in sales at the company -Supportive company with lucrative compensation packages and fun raffles always going on -Training is comprehensive and makes you feel prepared for the job, even with no prior sales experience or insurance experience -Hourly salary ensures that even on bad sales days, you're still making money and getting paid -Inbound calls only, so you do not have to go and fish for your own leads or cold call

Cons

-During AEP the hours are hellish (but this is sales, you get out what you put in) -It is a call center at the end of the day, so there are performance metrics that you need to be reaching -3rd party call centers sometimes feed you lackluster leads
