Pros

I had a great time at eHealth. During open enrollment it can get stressful but they had a lot of benefits and provided workers with a lot of resources to help with working during the Covid work from home period

Cons

I was there during a significant amount of turnover and the stock price dropped significantly. There were periods where I felt I could get let go.

Pros

Opportunity for advancement Great company culture Make a positive, tangible impact on people's lives Uncapped commission No cold-calling Incredible benefits like tuition reimbursement, top notch health insurance, incentives, rewards and much more

Cons

Must be flexible to work more than the standard 40 hour work week during peak enrollment season
