Pros

New C-Suite is making eHealth great again. Alignment across organizations, shared accountability, and open dialogue… which wasn’t there the past several years so I can only attribute it to the new leadership. There have been some layoffs which is tough, but in my opinion, most of them were needed. We were over staffed in some areas and others were getting away with practically zero contribution and fell under the radar for far too long. If you’re a hard worker, can adapt well to change, and enjoy working as a team, then you’ll probably find eHealth a great place to work. eHealth pays well and has good benefits. There’s high expectations to deliver to goals, but I like that.

Cons

There’s still a couple leaders that were promoted or brought in by previous C-Suite that need to go. Maybe the recent org changes were the first step in building a bench before making that move.
