Pros

Pay is good if you work 60-70 hours a week during the specific time of year for this seasonal job

Cons

For starters, they changed the commission plan to like a lot less and if you didn’t like it “you can go ahead and quit”. They also let people go every quarter. And I mean a lot of people All the leads are terrible outside AEP, so you have be sneaky because they advertise free money. You are hawked and scrutinized for not selling no matter what the call is about (including a dead air call) Literally got 1000 more things to put here, save yourself the time and save your resume, this will look terrible. And it’s elderly abuse at a specific point

Pros

Benefits were great, a lot of incentives

Cons

Management had no concept of workload. All team members were so overwhelmed that several went on mental health leave or quit entirely. Overtime was expected as there was not enough time during a regular shift to finish the days work. Stronger skilled employees were expected to pick up the slack of less skilled employees. Training was almost nonexistent. It was a common complaint that everyone was expected to just “figure it out.” You were expected to do the work of multiple positions while only being paid for the lowest. Compensation rate was minimal.
