Pros

comfortable work environment, understanding management, good money

Cons

talking to people with the saddest stories with only 60 seconds in-between calls is hard emotionally, and the race to get licensed in training makes employment feel like life or death in those weeks leading to the test. portion of time making mandatory 10/hr shifts for months.

Pros

The pay is great. You have an opportunity to earn commission once a month

Cons

Back to back calls all day. If the licensed agent you transfer a customer to doesn’t close the sale, it counts against you, not them. Management hassles you if you are taking too many calls or constantly get hung up on. The customers can be a bit rude sometimes.
