Pros

There are no pros to working here

Cons

eHealth is a terrible place to work with a disgusting culture that has evolved over the past several years into a cesspool of politics, posturing and favoritism. Work/life balance is non-existent and DTO is a frowned upon joke. You will work absurd hours (including weekends) and have your physical and mental health destroyed during AEP in the name of numbers and “saving the company” which has been on the brink of collapse for years. You may have thought you got past bullying in high school but not at eHealth. Yelling, screaming, swearing and gaslighting are all part of the leadership playbook here. You could not find a more disgusting culture and toxic workplace if you tried. Run!

Pros

Benefits are good pay is what you make it since commission makes up biggest part of it. Remote work is a benefit but micromanaging from managers that don’t seem to know what’s going on from day to day can be an issue. Remote main office varies depending on part of the country so just used Indy as managers vary.

Cons

Again ethics isn’t something the company or it’s atmosphere seems to care much about and management doesn’t have a clue what upper management wants from day to day and they will keep/tie up your license for quite a while if you don’t watch it depending on where you are…read your employment agreement carefully
