Pros

Operates in a niche market, customer focus, great opportunity to learn about the industry.

Cons

Lack of vision, bad execution, political environment, fraternity management. No much upside as a company as everything is under regulation and not open market for health insurance under obamacare.

Pros

Good managers, good 6 week training program to get you familiarized with the company and process they have. Very good, corporate atmosphere, complete with free food and coffee on a regular basis. Good trainsers.

Cons

Call center. Call after, call after, after call, after call. You get the point. I don't think call center jobs are for me.

Pros

Good benefits that start day one, nice people. The management and other team members have been great. They have been very helpful. I enjoy the environment.

Cons

Medicare is so regulated, its a bit redundant. It's hard to pass calls. You get written up over everything. Not just a talk. You get PTO but so hard to get it approved. Short lunch break
