Pros

Good commisions and a normal 40 hour week

Cons

Bad advertising, PTO is given at a reasonable rate but you are always denied when you go to use it. There used to be very little micromanaging but now it seems everything is under a microscope. Very little room to further your career.

Pros

The other Medicare Sales people are great. Too good to work here.

Cons

Very High Pressure to Sell. Management manages thru Bulling and Intimidation. They threaten you with your job all the time. The Supervisors are scared for their jobs as much Sales Reps. They are looking for new jobs too.
