Pros

Only Pro would be the phone stipend

Cons

terrible management, very toxic work environment, constant monitoring, bad sales tactics, little to no room for growth. management is very pushy about hitting numbers, so much that they want you to save any bathroom, water breaks, for your timed 15 minute break- you literally get reprimanded if you go over 20 seconds. weird attendance policy, creates a very negative work experience (if you're late by a 7 mins you get points added to a scale and get write ups, and if you're gone for sick time you get points added even if you take pto- no room for work to life balance). Manager constantly guilt-tripped you to work through lunch and after hours nearly every day.

Thank you for your review. Work-life balance is an important point for us and we would never want to make our employees feel as though they have to choose one or the other. While we are very focused on answering calls to help as many customers as possible during their limited enrollment period, what you describe is not standard business practices and we would like to learn more. If you are willing to share, please contact HumanResources@ehealth.com. ~HR
