Pros

Nice people overall but leadership needs some review

Cons

They let 11% of their workforce go because they couldn't forecast revenue accurately.

Pros

Great benefits, very nice coworkers, easy commute

Cons

Upper management is "the good ole boys club". Some managers should not be managing people under any circumstances. Most departments are a call center. How can anyone sell an insurance policy to a consumer that knows nothing about insurance in 3 minutes and do a good job doing so???

Pros

My supervisors were great they did what they were told.

Cons

You claim commissions are uncapped... Commissions were cut by 60% making even your top sales people unable to break 100k, which in and of itself was a problem but that paired with your shady leads that are being brought was enough to make everyone say enough is enough. You can one or the other you can't have them both. Your main lead source TeleRx is the most misleading commercial in the world free dental couldn't be further from the truth. The whole thing is super shady even from a legal perspective.
