Very negative place to work, high turnover. Misleading TV ad promoting free dental that is played non-stop to seniors who are poor and uneducated.

8 hours a day, except during aep, good health insurance don't have to take your work home or even think about it when you leave.

Cons

401K is a joke.....300 bucks a year is all they'll contribute... .they will cap your commissions for the year at 100K for the top person so there's no motivation to sell when you know they'll just raise the bar next year. trust me you won't make that much.
