Racist company

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

This company is the epitome of racism. They don’t hire black people or anyone with an accent. If they do, you are the only one and they will definitely say nasty cruel things to you. I had a hiring manager lie to a potential employee and tell me he was a great candidate but she does not like to work with anyone who is not white or Asian. Very very very very racist company. They should be out of business.

Pros

They have good benefits for employees.

Cons

The way they sell to older population has a lot of bait and switch, deceptive marketing practices and they continue to sign up mentally unstable older folks. Thier practices they teach doesn't always have the best interest of the customer but they are careful to say they are.

Pros

Benefits were great, a lot of incentives

Cons

Management had no concept of workload. All team members were so overwhelmed that several went on mental health leave or quit entirely. Overtime was expected as there was not enough time during a regular shift to finish the days work. Stronger skilled employees were expected to pick up the slack of less skilled employees. Training was almost nonexistent. It was a common complaint that everyone was expected to just “figure it out.” You were expected to do the work of multiple positions while only being paid for the lowest. Compensation rate was minimal.
