Pros

I can't think of many.

Cons

Every townhall meeting became more focused on everybody being a number, and "even though this is cutting your benefits/pay, this is good for you."

Pros

health insurance phone bill was paid Work from home overall not bad if you know what you are getting into. cold calling/telephone sales. convincing seniors to change their insurance every 3 months.

Cons

not a lot of trust in management. They change the compensation structure 2-3 times a year. Growing pains constantly- which is good and bad. Medicare compliance makes it hard to be yourself on the phones so you become robotic and repetative. Cold calling old people for $30-$50 commissions on a policy thats likely to get rewritten by another ehealth employee, the company wins but the agents get stiffed. They aim to do the right thing but its an uphill battle and the financial reports are proof of that claim. Managers and Supervisors are overworked and arent given the family time they deserve.
