Pros

*Cell/Int reimbursement (reduced in 2024) *Decent hourly/time off *WFH setting

Cons

*Micromanagement and lack of accountability from upper management *Extremely poor quality leads (a lot of them have been cold called by foreigners & don’t know why they’re on the phone) *Pay per app is Pennie’s on the dollar. $30/app. Up front only pay, no renewals. The company receives up front $600 per app, $300 per app renewal after 3 months then more on the back end.
