Pros

Great benefits package that offers a lot.

Cons

Forced telemarketing, they expect you to harass and take advantage of the elderly. It's not about helping senior citizens, it's about manipulation and selling them even when the plan creates more financial hardship. Present to the needs only who cares about copays and Max Out of Pocket..... To make decent money you have to work over 80 hours a week during the busy season because they lower your commission. They steal your book of buisnesss and call your customer to resell them and steal your commision.
