Pros

Pays well, remote work, solid benefits

Cons

Brutal communication styles, too many corporate hands in the pot and everyone's new idea is always the best solution.

8 hr talk time

Pros

If you need a job it’s not bad, AEP and OEP money is good but outside of those time periods the money is slow. You talk on the phone from the time you clock in until you go home. If youre going to ehealth to make over 85k this is not the place. Great place to go while you look for another job. Pretty easy to get hired - i got paid for recommendations as well.

Cons

You’re ALWAYS ON THE PHONE, and thats not a good thing.. it becomes overwhelming at times because the calls can be either really good or AWFUL! If you dont convert bad calls youre penalized by upper management. On top of being on the phone, you aren’t making great commission on the applications that you submit. 25 apps = 1300 roughly, coming from mortgage you are doing a lot more talking with out a lot of reward.
