Pros

They offer great benefits. It is a very stable job.

Cons

commission structure changed multiple times in a year. They made it super complicated to understand (even supervisors didn't get it) and of course we made less money for the same work.

Going downhill

Pros

Good work from home benefits, remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Significant changes in executive leadership in the past year. C-suite leaders are disconnected with the current job market, slow to react to employee attrition and not doing enough to retain talents. Stock price dropped significantly which impacted total compensation. Company culture is non-existent.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Pay is fine if you can sleep at night.

Cons

Where to start. Pretty much just swindle old folks all day.
