Pros

Some supervisors try real hard to make it a great place to work. Some don't.

Cons

Upper management has total disconnect from the sales floor employee's. Want to keep a sales floor as quite as possible. Most of the good reps leave because they are not "allowed to sell". Unless it is the Ehealth way. Higher standards have gone way down, good sales people leave because the commission structure keeps getting overhauled to take away from the rep and more towards upper management. It was a great sales gig with all upside, now it just a call center with down trodden new highers all the time. Sad to see it go this way maybe that is why so many of the management that stated the SLC office have left.

Pros

Good benefits, good co-workers, decent pay.

Cons

This was my biggest problem with the place... The company markets itself to seniors in a very deceptive way. The TV commercials promised benefits that we had no way of fulfilling. Over half of my calls were from people who had no idea who they were calling, thinking they were just inquiring about benefits. My job was to sell them an insurance policy. It felt like the only way you could make decent money was by ripping people off.
