Pros

Clear direction of goals, where company is going, and tasks to get there. Good benefits including increasing paid time off for years of commitment.

Cons

No real "coaching" to better career. Giving employees stock does not benefit them as much as it does upper management. Cash bonuses are always more appreciated.

Pros

Operates in a niche market, customer focus, great opportunity to learn about the industry.

Cons

Lack of vision, bad execution, political environment, fraternity management. No much upside as a company as everything is under regulation and not open market for health insurance under obamacare.
