Pros

The individual contributors and middle managers are smart, dedicated, and genuinely care about building a good product.

Cons

Unfortunately, their work is constantly derailed by an upper management team that is both incompetent and overly involved in areas they don’t understand. Leadership prioritizes control and ego over results, creating unnecessary chaos and undermining the very people keeping the company afloat.
