Pros

Constant leads that will close

Cons

Micromanagement wont be happy if you get 2 sales a day. They want to pressure you to get 4-5 sales a day. The conversations are very boring. Expect to have a headset on and talking for 8 hours a day. You will get sanctioned for going to the bathroom outside of break or lunch. $25 in commission per sale after a 1-2 hour conversation. You know 2 sales is $1300 in revenue for the company and easily doable each day. Expect to answer a call immediately after closing a sale, or else.

Pros

The money is great, although commission should be higher. Great VTO when applicable.

Cons

Management, slow season training, unreliable supervisors, and no job security.
