Pros

Are you looking for a career that inspires you! A place where you can grow with the company and have fun while doing it? In that case, Don't Work at eMazzanti...it's a trap! Seriously, if you've seen the ad's online to work for eMazzanti which state "come work somewhere "Fun", where everything is "Fun", and you'll have lot's of "Fun"! Its a complete lie, you've been warned.

Cons

The truth about this company is; the owner would sell his own parents if someone made him the right offer. And I'll bet it wouldn't have to be much. If you've worked at eMazzanti, I'm sure you've had the pleasure of socializing with a few co-workers, its only normal. Well at eMazzanti, the owner calls this an "Expensive Meeting". No-one at eMazzanti is happy, no one! Not the engineers, not the sales team, not HR. The owner is quite wealthy and I don't know if he's even happy. If you enjoy a vacation from time to time, don't work here, the accrual rate of vacation days is just depressing. Don't think about a sick day either and don't even Utter the words "snow day". You'll be expected to rent an SUV when it snows in the winter. If you think this is a joke, think again...that's eMazzanti. Quote from an email the owner sent out the day of a snow storm (1 foot of snow on the roads): "For persons less experienced in the region, allow extra time for your commute". The attrition rate is atrocious! When I first interviewed, I was told the attrition rate was close to 0. However, throughout my employment I watched new-hires come onboard and drop like flies. Long-term employees alike; well, long term at this place is about 1 year. Save your sanity, save your career, don't work here!

Pros

Experience with remote/on-site client infrastructure maintenance/deployments. Free lunch (this is done solely to keep staff in the office, take a 15 minute lunch, and get back to work) You will work with some Good people. and you'll share the same feeling. The feeling I speak of is Depression! You will receive a paycheck every two weeks. (Wow, what company does that!!!) Pun at prior fake reviewer** The office will change drastically when the owner goes away. Depression and whispers will be vacant for those few days. For in that moment, you will feel FREE.........................................and then he returns!

Cons

The owner doesn't understand the meaning of Positive re-enforcement. No Congratulations will EVER be awarded. You will often work in excess of 40 hours, It will NOT be paid. The Benefits are sickening, so you might need to use them shortly after receiving them. Vacation time accrual is the worst I have ever experienced. Period. You will be un-ethically taken advantage of, somehow, someway. Its not IF, but When. If you were living in Kentucky, the salary might...might be considered Average for the job title. You will be micro-managed by the owner, all the time. The ads to work for eMazzanti that talk about Fun are completely untrue.

Pros

None. Maybe we can tech you how to use a mouse and a keyboard and that’s about it.

Cons

Don’t even know where to start. First of all, I went to Microsoft’s website and look for the so called Partners of the year award, we’re not on there whatsoever yet our website claimed and I quote “3 times winner...” On to the good stuff, Office 365... it’s just Office on the web and somehow we managed to bring in “the cloud” and “deployment” first of all, you don’t deploy nothing, you just go to the site and it’s there. I feel like our company should become a nonprofit and teach old people how to use computers. We’re not qualified to help businesses in any sort of ways. what a joke. I feel so embarrassed. I’m quitting for real. Enough of this company.
