Pros

Company President has great technical knowledge and can communicate with engineers well. Staff is supportive and helps new employees learn. Company culture is great, I always felt like my co workers had my back. Teamwork is definitely one of eMazzanti's strengths. Constant drive to improve both the company as a whole as well as developing employees. Clients greatly appreciate the services.

Cons

Commute and parking can be a bit inconvenient at times.

Pros

You have the opportunity to learn and work in all aspects of IT services. As technology is rapidly changing and advancing, eMazzanti is at the forefront of implementing next generation tech.

Cons

There's always a lot of work to be done, and regular learning/training/testing is needed. That being said, the only limit is your own determination.

Pros

I remember it was a Tuesday when I was driving an Uber and going to school nights when I picked up Carl and we started talking. We hit it off immediately and when I dropped him off, he asked me to come in for an interview. I wasn’t dressed, I didn’t have my resume on me, and I just went with the flow of the moment. I met very nice, smart people and before I knew it I had a full time job offer, that gave me the flexibility to finish my degree and provided me with all kinds of opportunities to learn and grow. My boss hired me knowing I was in college and committed, not only to increasing my knowledge base, but using it in the workplace. He made room for classes scheduled during the workday, and on my lunch and breaks, I could find a quiet place to study. Who wins? In the end we both do. I become a better employee and his company benefits from the added value. For years, I’d been so jealous of my sister – little Ms. Wallstreet - who’d worked for a big firm, with free lunch and meeting buffets. Now, I count my blessings every day. I really love the free style setting of the office. Breakfast and lunch delivered and perks galore (eMazzanti shirts, bags, jackets, bikes etc.). Working with subject matter experts to build your skill set as far as you want to take it. The opportunity for growth is available for the taking. At this company, the priority is do the job with a spirit of excellence and integrity. If I do well, the company looks good. That increases the client base and therefore the bottom line. eMazzanti’s priorities are providing clients with the best in technology for their specific needs and having the pleasure of their repeat and long-term business. My priority along with my colleagues is to represent that when we’re communicating with those clients.

Cons

Iron sharpens iron. And while an opportunity to be sharpened is not always fun, once we let go of the way we see things and allow ourselves to make good, sound decisions at the hardest time, it works out for the good of everyone. And, when iron sharpens iron, there will be some sparks and heat generated. It’s part of the process.
