Pros

Free lunch. There is no other positive thing I can say about this company. Employees are not happy here and most are planning to move on anyway. Your IT/Computer Science degree is of no value to this company so save yourself the stress and find employment elsewhere. You will be micro-managed and it will feel like you are in prison.

Cons

This is not a place for people with IT/Computer Science Degrees. The owner will work you for peanuts. If you made a mistake of working here then start looking elsewhere because this is not a place to build a solid Tech career. The pay feels like you are working overnights at Costco. Company location (Hoboken) is terrible in itself, parking is a hustle and the commute is a mess. You will realize people don't last long here and move on to better careers. It didn't take me long to realize I made the worst decision by working here.

You'll learn more at eMazzanti in 2 years than in any other job.

Pros

Pro’s you’ll be working for a very dynamic and exciting firm that is growing by double digits annually. The people are amazing. What that means is that you’ll get a lot of latitude with the role you’ve been assigned. With growth comes more opportunity than there is time, but you get good reasons to build your resume with a rich level of diverse experiences. Company has great managers/leads.

Cons

Con’s. There is more work than there is time. The opportunistic culture of the company means that your priorities can change in a moment so definite flexibility is required. I learned more here in 2 years than I would have learned anywhere else. Very exciting.

As a fast growing boutique technology firm, there are plenty of opportunities to really learn. We have unlimited training budgets and pay for Certification exams. We want our staff to be better for themselves and for our clients. As our staff's knowledge base increases so do salaries. If you work for a large organization you will be trained on a very specific role/job. When you work for eMazzanti you'll have exposure to a lot of situations and learn a lot in a shorter period of time.

Pros

Everyone who works here is in pretty unanimous agreement that the management style of this company is angering. They are just there is just doing it for the experience and they all agree that they're overworked and compensated poorly. So all of the employees pretty much get along as a result.

Cons

Don't believe a single thing that you're told if you're interviewing for a job or if you intend to do business with this company. All the reviews that I've read thus far, are wholly accurate. If it sounds too good to be true...it is. If it sounds reasonable, it's not! How do you know that someone in this company is lying to you.... they're talking to you.
