Relaxed working culture, flexible hours, and located in a nice part of San Antonio.
Cons
If you are a software developer, then you will be working with tools that haven't been upgraded in years. There isn't much diversity in projects. Most of the projects feel the same. Learning new skills is not encouraged. Most of the code is of mediocre quality. The clients don't have high expectations either. The approach is usually "hacking in fixes to bugs". I can go on and on. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
