Pros

Decent benefits and perks. WFH

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. If you want to be seen under a microscope then go for it.

Pros

remote, overtime, provides equipment. That’s about it.

Cons

Micromanaging hell. Supervisors say something and then take it back. Don’t trust a single thing management says. The don’t follow department of labor rules as far as some benefits go. I got on the phones at exactly 1 minute late and I was spoken to about it. It was once. You cannot work anywhere. You must be plugged in via Ethernet. When they hired my supervisor, I had to train my supervisor about eMoney. I left that place after almost 3 years, and I’m happier working in office than I was ever working from home. My mental health has drastically improved since leaving eMoney.
