Pros

Fully Remote work environment Consistent raises and bonuses annually Healthcare okay Total number of PTO hours are good even for new employees

Cons

Executive leadership team doesn't articulate a clear vision and plan for long-term growth and success. Some leaders bully and retaliate against employees and other teams. Cultural values are in name only, and not fully adopted.

Pros

Not much.. Soulless Paycheck, but it if that’s not all that matters when it’s working in “remote hell”. sometimes free promotional stuff, when HR wants to act like they care, which is rare. They only care about anyone in their “little circle” and if you’re like me and value good team work and mutual respect , this place is not for you..

Cons

HR wants to act like they care about their employees. Total joke.. found it be worst treatment by any HR dept ever.. Completely unprofessional & then try to act like they know what they are doing, when managers does absolutey nothing & are gone half the year. HR looks the other way and throw employees under the bus constantly and without hesitation. Theres a reason call this place "eMonkey"
