Pros

Good benefits. Co-workers are fun to talk to and intelligent. Good training materials and resources for help with calls. They send you everything you need to do your job. They really want you to do well and are there for you. Good first job to get into the financial planning profession.

Cons

- Pay is low relative to how hard you work. Some days are mentally exhausting. - Supervisors are great but C-suite is out of touch with the rest of the company - Upper management dance around any compensation related questions and defer to internal policies. - Feel like a number sometimes, their performance measures are silly. They incentivize overworking yourself.
