Pros

The culture, people, beautiful new office, good health benefits and generous PTO time. Depending on the department you work in there are options for flex work hours.

Cons

Going through some growing pains with recent Fidelity acquisition. The 401k match could be better as well as maternity / paternity leave.

Pros

Great benefits and medical coverage.

Cons

Where does one start? - They try to push the whole fun company culture, but after a few years of working there I'm still waiting to see this implemented. - There's been a lot of unfair and unnecessary layoffs in the past year so employees are afraid to disagree with upper management or voice their opinion. Everyone has been walking on eggshells because Pennsylvania is an at-will state eMoney doesn't need a legitimate reason to fire you. - If you aren't a developer for eMoney, you're treated like a red-headed stepchild and are constantly wondering if you're next on the chopping block to be let go (i.e. Sales, Marketing, etc). - Most upper management executives are only lookout for themselves and rarely take the stand to stick up for their team. - There's no stability anymore and seasoned employees are looking for new jobs because they see that things aren't the same anymore.

Pros

* Don't have to work that hard * You will have to take zero accountability for messing up * Don't have to work in an office * As a developer, its nearly impossible to be fired * Great snacks

Cons

* The pay matches the fact you don't have to work all too hard * There is zero accountability because leadership have zero idea of actually what is happening * Can not get all the great snacks if you are not vaccinated
