Pros

Coming from an extremely hostile sales environment before finding eMoney, it was a breath of fresh air to be able to finally find a company that appreciated it's employees and had little to no stress at all! The atmosphere is great, the people who work here are great and I would recommend anyone looking for an entry level customer service position to apply with room for advancement to apply!

Pros

It's a good company to start with if you want to be noticed for a job well done. You are able to move up within the company but have to have patience. You are able to talk with other departments and run free with your ideas that you come up with. It's not frowned upon.

Pros

Strong sense of culture and employees are well taken care of feel valued. Wi strong benefits and what not, as well as the fun stuff.

Cons

Gossip. From the CEO on down. Very cliquey and if you're not a developer or a lacrosse player you're looked down on. No HR dept so there is sexism and inappropriate jokes/discussions.
