Pros

great benefits, competitive pay, great staff, promote from within. I know it sounds too good to be true but really there is nothing bad to say about this job they really take care of their employees there truly is no better place to work.

Cons

I really cannot think of any.

Great company with poor execution from executives.

Pros

Great people, open communication, endless budget from Guardian Insurance.

Cons

CEO will fire people for no reason. He talks behind everyone's back, makes decisions in seconds without any care, and most importantly thinks the product sells itself. He has derogatory terms for the women he hires and his developers. Needless to say, I'm glad I don't work their anymore.

Great benefits, team work environment, advancement opportunities offered for hard work and talent. Many opportunities for travel. Managers take a great interest in employee personal growth.

Cons

In a small company it seems to be easy for gossip and rumors to travel fast. It's important to stay above the talk and focus on the goal at hand.
