The executive team is refreshingly collaborative and puts trust in their employees. As a result, you feel empowered, and like you are impacting the business. The workforce is almost entirely remote, provides an excellent opportunity for work-life balance - while maintaining an incredible culture. ePromos also invests in its being an industry leader and the tech to achieve great things.       There are a lot of changes, but all feel aligned with the strategic vision that's shared. To be successful, as with most companies, you should be collaborative, adaptable, and open to learning new things and growing your skills. Not so much cons, but maybe for some, they are.
