Pros
I love working at ePromos. I am fairly new here but not new to the promotional products industry and ePromos has been my favorite distributor to work for by far. Their leadership team functions like a well oiled machine! It was a scary last year and a half for our industry and it was refreshing to see how well ePromos handled all of the uncertainty of the pandemic and kept improvements flowing! You can work every job here remotely and the work life balance is second to none. Even though everyone is remote they still do a very good job keeping teams connected and send awesome care packages!
Cons
The company is growing and of course there are always growing pains associated with that but I fully trust where the company is headed. I guess that is not really a con!
