Pros
Good work/life balance. There really are no other pros to this company since the acquisition.
Cons
Company was great until CEO Robert Thompson left and company was acquired by Alere. It's now all about corporate greed. Company is not interested in quality, more interested in quantity. Heavy politics here! You will not get promoted unless you are a friend of a particular executive and never question anything. This protected group of personnel is held to a different level of accountability and can do no wrong.
