      Pros

      Excellent leadership who truly wants to see everyone succeed. Management gives you freedom to do you job, but is there in a heartbeat when you run into challenges or need help developing in your role. If you work hard, be coachable, and take the steps to improve yourself without having to be told to do so, you will be rewarded with new opportunities.

      Cons

      Very few. Competitive Industry and can take some time to learn.

      Pros

      I have been with eShipping for almost 3 years and am still blown away by the focus they put on personal development and individual growth. On a daily basis I'm fortunate to work with not just great leaders, but great role models in all aspects of life. The lessons I've learned here go well beyond the four walls of this building. I've been able to develop in all areas and have a positive impact on my family, friends and community.

      Cons

      If you aren't willing to go the extra mile and put your nose to the grindstone when needed, this will not be a good fit for you. If you want to be ushered into a comfortable cubicle get your 40 and hit the door, this isn't the company for you. We believe in growth. And, with growth come discomfort.

      Pros

      Every day is different, which means a good variety of activities and challenges to keep you on your toes Co-workers very helpful and positive, which creates a good group of friends. Interesting Job and business. I find freight to be logical and interesting, so it's fun to maximize my potential and read up on 3PL's and freight classification. New building, with a great trendy design overlooking the 7th Fairway at the Deuce. Stay at home mom program provides flexibility and is greatly appreciated.

      Cons

      Transitioning from insurance at a much larger company to the insurance at eShipping was a little shocking at first, but the company continues to make strides yearly in providing competitive benefits, especially for a company of its size.
