Pros
Small company feel in a beautiful new building. You have a voice and can provide input to initiate positive changes as well as the opportunity to try new roles as you help drive the changes. Fantastic management who really care about you. My manager is hands down the best manager I've ever had and Chad is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly sincere and inspiring. My coworkers are the hardest working group of people I've had the pleasure to work with. They are so passionate about providing great solutions and high level of service. Company does a good job of recognizing and rewarding hard work.
Cons
Because it is a small, fast growing company, there's a lot of different priorities. It can be a bit overwhelming. There are some growing pains such as missing internal communication. Overall culture is fine, but I feel like there is a lack of trust of employees from certain members of the management team.
