Pros

This is a great place to work, a very positive atmosphere, and as long as you clock in and out on time, and dress appropriately you can can be as incompetent and lazy at your job as you want. I started working here because of the positive environment, only to find that a positive environment means you have to work twice as hard to cover for the other people who do know how to do their jobs.

Cons

Constantly rocky relations with customers and other companies because very few employees show initiative, drive, or passion for working here. Theres also an overall lack of knowledge about their jobs or functions- But hey, its all about the culture right? not the actual job at hand.

Pros

People are nice Free coffee Beautiful new building

Cons

When a year comes up, management does everything to avoid review to avoid raises. Pay here is very very poor, way below the average.

Pros

Excellent operations staff; I really enjoyed the peers I worked with during my time at eShipping. Opportunity to learn a lot about the industry in a short amount of time. If you are simply looking to gain experience in logistics then you will get that at eShipping

Cons

This is not meant to be slanderous, but purely informational for those seeking an operations position: I was very disappointed with the leadership at eShipping. They expect high output, no mistakes, and going above and beyond from all of their employees, which are all good traits to desire. However, when they do have a high performing employee, they simply offer lateral moves with no pay increase and promise opportunity in the future. Generally, raises are only given with the title of "Manager" and there are not enough management opportunities for the excellent employees on the ground level. This leaves those excellent employees feeling exasperated; feeling like the hard work and time you are putting in will never pay off. There is also very little empowerment in most departments. You are often referred to as an "operator" and are not given freedom to make critical decisions or to be creative with your daily responsibilities. Micromanagement kills productivity and potential opportunity for growth at eShipping. Again, this is purely meant to be of help for those considering an operations position at eShipping. I have limited experience on the sales side and cannot speak to a sales role.
