Pros

-Company is built upon morals/values that I align with. - CEO, Chad Earwood, is driven and people oriented. - Company is growing exponentially and there is opportunity here to grow with the company. -THE PEOPLE! I love the people I work with. When the "Monday" feelings come around, I remember who I get to work with and get excited about getting to work.

Cons

- I would say my only con would be the pay. It is not going to make you rich by any means but I've been told opportunity awaits (I am 6 months in). As long as you work hard, learn, and stay positive, the compensation will come.

Pros

They are very family oriented so you will have time to spend with your family and loved ones. It's a family environment type of job and people are very open to helping you when you need help with anything. You can reach out to any office and they will help you. It's also a very open job to discuss your concerns or etc. The senior management is awesome because they travel around to meet you and you feel like they genuinely care about thoughts/concerns.

Cons

There is not much room for growth and the pay could be a little better.
