Pros

The culture at eShipping is second to none. They hire some of the best employees and it's a real "Team Atmosphere". There is a good amount of internal growth as they promote from within. Very family friendly.

Cons

As it is for any growing company....the pay could always be better.

Pros

- The people are absolutely incredible here. Very sharp and also caring and willing to help others succeed - Growth for the company means there has been and will be opportunities for career advancement To those who do well. - A great culture to help develop employees professionally as well as personally - Executive team is actively engaged and ya common to see them and have the opportunity to talk with them at the office. - Pay and benefits are are fair - Opportunities to volunteer, coach, teach, etc. with eShipping’s sister companies. - Excellent atmosphere in the office, young and a lot of energy - Office within close proximity of many restaurants, grocery stores, and a golf course - Flexibility when needed to arrive slightly late or leave early. Overall I thought eShipping has been a great place to work and will miss the great people very much.

Cons

- Young management and executive team so it can be difficult to move up into those types of positions. - Being in third party logistics can be challenging due to a lot of the day to day operations and handling of a customer’s freight is don’t by a carrier who is largely out of your control. However, employees can influence perception and provide valuable customer service to make up for some of this. - Can sometimes be challenging to get actionable items which might be needed to continue to advance

Pros

eShipping exudes a positive atmosphere. Employees are respectful, and have integrity. Dedicated leaders that are focused on the personal development and growth of their employees. Great job of communicating the mission and vision to the company, so employees can unite under a common goal.

Cons

Some positions, especially entry level positions, can be stagnant in regards to promotion. It is easy to move laterally, but more difficult for vertical growth.
