      Pros

      I have been with eShipping for almost 3 years and am still blown away by the focus they put on personal development and individual growth. On a daily basis I'm fortunate to work with not just great leaders, but great role models in all aspects of life. The lessons I've learned here go well beyond the four walls of this building. I've been able to develop in all areas and have a positive impact on my family, friends and community.

      Cons

      If you aren't willing to go the extra mile and put your nose to the grindstone when needed, this will not be a good fit for you. If you want to be ushered into a comfortable cubicle get your 40 and hit the door, this isn't the company for you. We believe in growth. And, with growth come discomfort.

      Pros

      The culture is one of the best about eShipping. Team members are out to help others succeed at life and at home. I can feel the mission and values of the company being taught at all levels. It has been a place where I have learned to grow as an employee but even more so as a man. There is great clarity in the roles at eShipping and you know how you can succeed by putting the work in. The job isn't always easy but you never feel like you are alone. I feel empowered to make decisions and don't feel micro-managed.

      Pros

      If you are looking to be a name and not a number this is a great company for you. This is a company full of passionate people and that comes across in the excellence delivered by every role.

      Cons

      Not really a con but you need to be adaptable as eShipping is continually looking forward and new roles are created as needed.
