Pros

There are very few moments in life where you have the opportunity to either create, or be a part of something that can be world changing. As cliche as it may sound, I truly believe engaged companies and eShipping has that ability. I feel like I'm given an opportunity to grow, people truly listen and I'm lifted up. You don't find that often in a workplace. People are more genuine and authentic here than anywhere I've ever been.

Cons

Perhaps not a con but We are competitive. It's not for everyone because it is a high energy environment most of the time and if you don't enjoy the pace, it may not be the type of work you'd want.

Pros

Work life balance at this company is amazing, everyone genuinely cares for the person beside them and wants them to be the best they can be. Paid Training by some very talented and driven individuals. The Exec team is always involved with each department and always checking in to see if there is anything they can do to help.

Cons

I cant really think of any cons, they are still a young and small company growing at an amazing pace. pay is competitive in the field but you aren't going to make millions.

Pros

The team works together focused on common goals, tremendous support from management, agile approach to business, and there’s a thirst for knowledge – people are excited to learn.

Cons

With an agile approach to business some priorities have a tendency to shift, albeit for the right reasons. Those shifts can distract from the fundamentals if you’re not careful.
