Pros

EShipping is forward moving and consistent in promoting their growth model and culture. They are very family orientated.

Cons

A boys club with only a select few highly religious Invited to play. They’re constantly denying raises but somehow have the funds to acquire more companies. Growth path is unclear or non-exsistent for most.

Great people and culture. Everyone is very helpful! A good first job to get your foot in the corporate world.

Cons

under market pay which causes a high turnover rate. Most people don't stay over a year or two because there's no path to moving up in the company. They normally have outside hires for anything over an entry level position. On top of that the raises, if any, are very minimal. It's a smaller company so they like to put as many tasks as possible on one person without any extra compensation to show for it. Also too much micromanagement all around.
